Riverside Plaza Renovation – Minneapolis
This project was designed by Blumentals Architecture Inc. and Knutson Construction was the managing contractor. Riverside is the largest rental complex in Minnesota. In addition to the project was a tight schedule and complex logistical challenges. The renovation consisted of 1,303 apartment units, common areas, a charter school, offices, parking ramps and exterior spaces. The finishes included 5 broadloom carpets, 1 carpet tile, 6 VCTs, rubber tile and stair treads.
